Milk Cow Cookies (Bánh Quy Bò Sữa) is not only delicious, but also really eye catching. So, are you ready to make your New Year Day more colorful and delicious?
- Milk powder: 25gr
- Butter: 100gr
- 1 yolk
- Icing sugar: 60gr
- Vanilla flour: 5ml
- Butter: 100gr
- Wheat flour: 120gr
- Icing sugar: 60gr
- 1 yolk
- Mould (Cow Shape).
- Next, add more milk powder and melted butter into bowl. Mix well. If this mixture is too dry, you can add a little water. Use your hand to mix until mixture becomes like photo below.
- Secondly, for making chocolate parts of cookies. Do the same process like step 1 and 2.
- Mix them well, if this mixture is too dry as well, add more water. Then, separate into small balls.
- Flatten the milk part. And add small balls of chocolate parts random on milk part and continue flatten. Then, use mould which has cow shape, press carefully to create milk cow cookies.
- Bring to grill at 170 degree in 15 minutes.

Process
