Ingredients

- 1 cassava fruit (medium size)
- Coconut milk: 200ml
- White sugar: 50g
- Tapioca starch: 2 tablespoons
- Dried coconut meat, grinded
- White sesame, salt, sugar
- Food colors (any color you love).

Process

- Peel off the cover of cassava; clean well. Soak in water added a little salt in 8 – 10 hours.

- Use shaving tool to shave cassava well. Then, use your hands to press out all water from cassava fruit to get 200g cassava meat.

- Mix coconut milk with cassava meat in step 2, extra more 80ml thick coconut milk, sugar, tapioca starch and mix well.
