Vietnamese Banana with Coconut Milk Sweet Soup

Vietnamese Banana with Coconut Milk Sweet Soup


- Tapioca fiber: 150g
- Coconut milk: 1 cup
- 6 banana hook (banana)
- 1/2-1/3 cassava (tapioca) cooked, cut square
- 1/2-1/3 tapioca beads (small balls)
- Roasted peanuts and sesame: 1 cup
- Sugar, salt


Vietnamese Banana with Coconut Milk Sweet Soup
- Soak peeled bananas in salted water for 10 minutes.

- Fish out to dry in the pan, add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar and one of salt. Soak for 15-20 minutes. When finished submerged and boiling medium heat.

- Set Lower heat, cassava, fibers and particles tapioca.

- Continue until all tunnels cassava flour (cooked) and soft bananas.
