- Quail eggs: 10
- Spices: salt, sugar, fish sauce, vegetable oil, chili powder, dried purple onion, pepper.
- Clean pork meat, slice into medium pieces. Marinate with 1 teaspoon sugar + pepper + salt. Wait about 30 – 45 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons sugar + 1 tablspoon water on pot, boil until its color turns brown yellow with small heat, you add dried purplr onion into pot and fry about 1 minute.
- Add more sliced pork meat into pot, fry about 2 – 3 minutes, then add a little fish sauce, stir well and cover the pot about 5 minutes.
- Next, you add quail eggs into pot, season to suit your flavor. Always using small heat to help meat and eggs absorb all spices. If you love spicy, you can add a little chili powder into pot. Cook about 20 minutes, then turn off the heat.
