(Bò xào nấm) - There are many delicious Vietnamese Dish Recipes. One of them is Fried Beef with Mushrooms. You should serve with boiled rice and vegetables soup.
- White lingzhi mushrooms: 25g, cleaned and sliced into medium pieces
- Brown lingzhi mushrooms: 25g, cleans and sliced into medium pieces
- Fresh shiitake mushrooms: 25g, cleaned and sliced into medium pieces
- Oyster mushrooms: 200g, cleaned and sliced into medium pieces
- Green peas: 50g, cleaned
- Carrots: 100g, peeled and chopped into short pieces
- 1/4 small onion, peeled and sliced into fibers
- 2 TBS white wine
- 1/2 TBS butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Maggi’s stuff, fish sauce, pepper
- Parsley: 10gr, cleaned and chopped.
- Melt butter and add sliced beef into pan and fry quickly about 3 – 5 minutes; then pour them on plate.

Ingredients
- Beef meat: 200g , cleaned and sliced into small pieces- White lingzhi mushrooms: 25g, cleaned and sliced into medium pieces

- Fresh shiitake mushrooms: 25g, cleaned and sliced into medium pieces
- Oyster mushrooms: 200g, cleaned and sliced into medium pieces
- Green peas: 50g, cleaned
- Carrots: 100g, peeled and chopped into short pieces

- 2 TBS white wine

Process
- Marinate beef with salt, pepper and minced garlic. Wait about 30 – 45 minutes to absorb.- Melt butter and add sliced beef into pan and fry quickly about 3 – 5 minutes; then pour them on plate.
- Heat the oil then add onion and carrots into pan and fry about 3 minutes, then add all kinds of mushrooms and green peas into pan and fry well about 3 – 5 minutes. Next, add more white wine and then set small heat to simmer about 5 – 7 minutes. Then, season with Maggi’s stuff, sugar, pepper and fish sauce to suit your flavor.
