Fried Crispy Squids can be eaten with spicy chilli sauce which is one of the most favourite snacks for Vietnamese people.
- 1 chicken egg
- 3 coffee spoons of wheat flour
- 3 coffee spoons of bread crumbs
- Salt, Maggi’s stuffs, cooking oil, chilli sauce & cucumber.
- Crack the egg in a bowl. Mix the egg yolk with the egg white.
- Pour wheat flour and bread crumbs in different bowls.
- Roll each of squid’s pieces in wheat flour bowl.
- Next, roll each of squid’s pieces in chicken egg bowl.
- Then, roll each of squid’s pieces in bread crumbs bowl.

Ingredients
- Squid: 200g- 1 chicken egg
- 3 coffee spoons of wheat flour
- 3 coffee spoons of bread crumbs
- Salt, Maggi’s stuffs, cooking oil, chilli sauce & cucumber.
Process
- Cut the squid, if you have the head of it, you can cut it to fry it easier. Marinate with ½ spoon of Maggi’s stuffs, some salt.- Crack the egg in a bowl. Mix the egg yolk with the egg white.
- Pour wheat flour and bread crumbs in different bowls.
- Roll each of squid’s pieces in wheat flour bowl.
- Next, roll each of squid’s pieces in chicken egg bowl.
- Then, roll each of squid’s pieces in bread crumbs bowl.
- Reach this stage and you are almost done with one of our Vietnamese Cuisine. Heat up the pan with lots of cooking oil, add the squid in and fry it until its colour turns to gold.
- You take the squid out, put it on an aluminium basket so that the oil will drain down.
Fried Crispy Squids is best served with chilli sauce and sliced cucumber when it is still hot.
