Grilled Pork with Bread

Ingredients

- Grinded pork meat: 300gr
- Minced lemongrass: 3 tablespoons
- Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon
- Roasted sesame: 2 teaspoons
- Minced ginger: ½ teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons
- Cooking wine: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: ½ teaspoon
- Sugar:3 teaspoons
- Vegetable oil: 3 teaspoons
- Potato starch:1 teaspoon
- Multi flavor flour (Ngũ Vị Hương): 1/3 teaspoon – Buy at Vietnamese Markets
- Pepper
- Vietnamese Bread
- Cucumber, coriander, scallion, sliced chili
- Chili sauce, black sauce (usually use w Pho Noodle) – Buy at Vietnamese Markets

Process

- Marinate grinded pork meat with minced lemongrass + garlic + roasted sesame + ginger, lemon juice + cooking wine + salt + sugar + pepper + potatos starch + multi flavor flour (Ngũ Vị Hương). Mix together, wait about 1 – 2 hours. If you love oyster oil, you can add 2 teaspoons into this mixture. It can increase your dish flavor. Separate into small balls.
