Almond with Cheese Jelly and Lychee Sweet Soup is not only tasty, but also fresh. The great combination between lychee fruits with almond and cheese jelly will create a fantastic flavor when chewing.

Ingredients

Basic Cheese Jelly Sweet Soup

- Fresh milk (no sugar): 60ml 
- Whipping cream: 60ml 
- White sugar: 40g 
- Almond oil: 1 teaspoon 
- Warm water:20ml 
- Gelatin flour (or 3 gelatin leaves): 7g 
- Sliced almond: 1 tablespoon

Green Tea with Cheese Jelly Sweet Soup

- Fresh milk (no sugar): 60ml 
- Whipping cream:60ml 
- White sugar:40g 
- Green tea flour:1 teaspoon 
- Warm water: 20ml 
- Warm water to mix with green tea flour: 20ml 
- Gelatin flour (3 gelatin leaves) : 7g 
- Sliced almond: 1 tablespoon 

Sugar syrup: 40g sugar
Lychee fruit.

Process

- Making basic cheese jelly sweet soup: Pour gelatin into bowl.

- Add more 20ml warm water, stir until all gelatin is melted.

- Add fresh milk, whipping cream, white sugar into pot, cook with small heat until all sugar is melted.

- Pour slowly gelatin into mixture milk, use spoon to stir gently until gelatin is melted all. Turn off the heat, and add more almond oil into pot.

- Pour this mixture into glass bowl, wait to get cold and put in fridge, wait from 4 to 5 hours.

- Making green tea with cheese jelly sweet soup: Pour green tea flour into bowl, mix with 20ml warm water. Do the same process with making gelatin. Cook fresh milk, whipping cream, sugar in small heat until all sugar is melted. Next, pour slowly gelatin and green tea into pot, stir well and gently. Turn off the heat, pour into glass bowl, wait to get cold and put in fridge about 4 – 5 hours.

- Cook sugar with 1 small bowl water until it is melted. Wait to get cold.

- Do not use seeds of lychee fruits. If you use lychee in can (which buy at markets), you should keep the water to pour on face of dessert.

- Bring almond to grill at 160 degree in 3 – 4 minutes.

- Slice basic cheese jelly and green tea ones into small cubes.

- When serve Almond with Cheese Jelly and Lychee Sweet Soup, add a little sliced basic cheese jelly, green tea ones, lychee into bowl, scoop a little sugar syrup and sprinkle sliced almond on face of dessert.
