_ 2 bananas
_ 125ml yagurt
_ 60ml fresh milk
_ 7 mint leaves
_ 7ml lemon juice
_ 15ml honey
_ Ice, sugar.
- Cut avocado in half. Scoop away its seed.
- Continue to scoop meat from avocado outside to cover. Slice small.
- Clean carefully 3 – 4 mint leaves.
- Pour avocado, fresh milk, yagurt, mint leaves, sugar and ice into grinder machine.
- Add more lemon juice into grinder.
- Grind the mixture until it is soft. You can use condensed milk instead of fresh milk if you want.
- Pour Mixture Banana and Avocado Smoothies into glass, decorate with some mint leaves on face and you can serve for your family and friends.
