Ingredients
* For Skin of Dumplings

- 2 cloves of shallot, peel off the cover, sliced and fried it
- Salt + Sugar + Pepper + Monosodium (Optional)
- Banana leaves and string.
Process
* For Skin of Dumplings
- Boil the water (broth) and wait to get cold. Pour flour into pot and stir frequently until it is smooth. Then, turn on with small heat to do not stop stirring.
